Vital Proteins Marine Collagen
Every morning, I love to add this Marine Based Collagen to my coffee. Importantly, this is made from wild caught Cod. It is flavorless and dissolves well, all while providing me with all the benefits of collagen - healthy hair, nails, joints, and bones.
Traditional Medicinals - Healthy Cycle Tea
This tea is a must during that time of the month. I wrote a post about this tea (among other things) here. It also happens to be a delightful tea, whether hot or iced! Good for the body and soul.
Body Care
Badger Balm After Sun Balm
We spend a lot of time in the pool all summer, and if we aren't in the pool, we are at the lake! When pool season is over, we are outside hiking. We love to be outside. Sometimes we aren't diligent enough about our sunblock and this balm is cooling and soothing when the sun gets us. Even if we aren't sunburned, this balm is a treat after being outside all day!
Badger Hard Working Hands Healing Balm
THIS organic balm saves my hands! Between DIYing, gardening, and doing an unreal amount of dishes, this stuffs is like a hand hug. It even has wintergreen in it to offer some cooling relief to inlamed hands.
Facial Cupping
Over the last year I have noticed my face aging more quickly so I am doing what I can to optimize my skin. These facial cups bring more oxygen to the skin, improves circulation, and generally pumps it up.
